Back in May this year we decided our bathroom had to be revamped, and after seeing the work carried out by TBI at someone else’s home, I decided to get a quote and design. Ryan called out and we discussed options then we were invited to the showroom to pick what we wanted. Everything was straightforward and simple which is what I like and there was no fuss or sales pitch forcing us into all the most expensive items. We were given a date for installation which was delayed a week but we were kept well informed so no issues.
All trades showed up when they said, they were clean, tidy and very good at what they did. We’re delighted with how it’s turned out. We were unfortunate that a couple of weeks later we had a leak (no fault of TBI or Trades just a faulty part) and I cannot begin to say just how good everyone was at fixing the issues. From start to finish they have been so friendly, professional and everything has been left perfect again. I would never hesitate using TBI and we’re planning on going back to have our kitchen done in the next year or two.
Claire and Tori in the office are absolutely class and we 100% recommend TBI to anyone, we are absolutely delighted with our bathroom which has far exceeded our expectations 😍

I recently had the pleasure of working with Total Bathroom Solutions in Glengormley, and I can't speak highly enough of their services! They transformed my mother's small bathroom into a stunning wet room that has exceeded our expectations.

From the very beginning, the team provided honest and insightful advice, ensuring we made the best decisions for the space. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, which made us feel confident and at ease.

The old bathroom was removed, and the new wet room was installed in just one week – a remarkable turnaround! The installers were not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite and professional. They left the place spotless after completing the job, which we greatly appreciated.

I wholeheartedly recommend Total Bathroom Solutions to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart!

In a very restricted space!.. The people responsible for creating a comfort zone of a bathroom worked with...... Skill, Respect, Speed. Explaining every stage. I had a feeling of involvement while all I was doing was watching the work in progress. I would rate to a very high standard. This company, staff and standard of product.
Thank you for giving me a beautiful bathroom and lively memories of the journey.
