No. We do not offer a supply-only service.
No. It’s not usually necessary to move out. The team at Total Bathroom Installations is very experienced in full bathroom refurbishments and plans the work to keep disruption in the rest of the home to a minimum.
Heating and hot water to the rest of the house are kept running wherever possible. Any unavoidable interruptions are kept brief and planned.
No. All preparation work is included. Existing tiles and bathroom fittings are removed as part of the job, and the walls are prepared ready for the new installation.

No. We specialise in full bathroom refurbishments supplied and installed as a complete service, and do not fit products sourced separately.
Even more complex bathroom refurbishments are usually completed within two weeks, depending on the scope of work. If a project is likely to take longer, this is discussed during the Home Design Visit.
No. Where the bathroom is the only one in the house, toilet facilities are maintained overnight, and heating and plumbing to the rest of the home remain in use wherever possible.
Yes. Many projects are carried out while customers are working from home, and this is factored into how the work is planned.
The old bathroom, along with waste materials and packaging, is removed from site as part of the work and disposed of appropriately.
No. Floor coverings and protection are brought and used as needed during the installation to protect floors and surrounding areas.
Prices are provided for the full scope of work agreed before the job is booked in. Any changes are discussed before proceeding, so there are no unexpected extras.
Many bathroom adaptations, such as certain shower conversions, qualify for VAT exemption. This can be assessed during the Home Design Visit and does not require medical evidence.

The completed work is covered by a 12 month guarantee. Details are discussed as part of the project, and any issues are dealt with through Total Bathroom Installations.
