No. We do not offer a supply-only service.

No. It’s not usually necessary to move out. The team at Total Bathroom Installations is very experienced in full bathroom refurbishments and plans the work to keep disruption in the rest of the home to a minimum.

Heating and hot water to the rest of the house are kept running wherever possible. Any unavoidable interruptions are kept brief and planned.

No. All preparation work is included. Existing tiles and bathroom fittings are removed as part of the job, and the walls are prepared ready for the new installation.

No. We specialise in full bathroom refurbishments supplied and installed as a complete service, and do not fit products sourced separately.

Even more complex bathroom refurbishments are usually completed within two weeks, depending on the scope of work. If a project is likely to take longer, this is discussed during the Home Design Visit.

No. Where the bathroom is the only one in the house, toilet facilities are maintained overnight, and heating and plumbing to the rest of the home remain in use wherever possible.

Yes. Many projects are carried out while customers are working from home, and this is factored into how the work is planned.

The old bathroom, along with waste materials and packaging, is removed from site as part of the work and disposed of appropriately.

No. Floor coverings and protection are brought and used as needed during the installation to protect floors and surrounding areas.

Prices are provided for the full scope of work agreed before the job is booked in. Any changes are discussed before proceeding, so there are no unexpected extras.

Many bathroom adaptations, such as certain shower conversions, qualify for VAT exemption. This can be assessed during the Home Design Visit and does not require medical evidence.

Once work is underway, changes can affect timing and cost. Any requested changes are discussed before being carried out.

The completed work is covered by a 12 month guarantee. Details are discussed as part of the project, and any issues are dealt with through Total Bathroom Installations.

Step 2

Home Design Visit

We come out, measure up and discuss what you’d like to do. We look at layout options so you get a clear idea of what’s possible and an idea of cost.

Step 3

Showroom Appointment

Make an appointment at our Glengormley showroom to go over the plan properly. Products and finishes are chosen before everything is agreed.

Step 4

Book an Installation Date

Once everything is agreed, a deposit confirms the project and secures your fitting date. We can then order the products and schedule the fitters.

Step 5

Installation

Our fitters carry out the full installation from start to finish. We deliver the products, complete the bathroom and remove all waste, leaving it ready to use.
