Back in May this year we decided our bathroom had to be revamped, and after seeing the work carried out by TBI at someone else’s home, I decided to get a quote and design. Ryan called out and we discussed options then we were invited to the showroom to pick what we wanted. Everything was straightforward and simple which is what I like and there was no fuss or sales pitch forcing us into all the most expensive items. We were given a date for installation which was delayed a week but we were kept well informed so no issues.
All trades showed up when they said, they were clean, tidy and very good at what they did. We’re delighted with how it’s turned out. We were unfortunate that a couple of weeks later we had a leak (no fault of TBI or Trades just a faulty part) and I cannot begin to say just how good everyone was at fixing the issues. From start to finish they have been so friendly, professional and everything has been left perfect again. I would never hesitate using TBI and we’re planning on going back to have our kitchen done in the next year or two.

Total Bathroom Solutions have just finished a full bathroom make over for us. From the first meet with Ryan to chat over our options to the final completion,  everything was fantastic. The standard of the work exceeded our expectations,  a really great team of guys, who cleaned up after themselves each night. Taking all the rubbish away. Absolutely 1st class company all the people I came into contact were  so friendly and helpful Given a fitting date and how long the process would take and this was a full bathroom refurbishment Delivery on time fitter arrived on time and the electrician and Tiler aswell all rubbish was cleared away every evening The quality of the bathroom and off the fitting were 1st class we now have bathroom which we think looks fantastic if your looking for a new bathroom fitter this is definitely the place
